Itzik Ben Shoham
Chairman and CEO
Itzik began his career as a leading developer in preservation and conservation projects in Tel Aviv. In 2003, he founded The White City Group. Under his leadership, the company has made wide-scale investments and property developments, thus becoming a trendsetter in the local real estate arena. Today, as part of expanding the company's activities abroad, Itzik divides his time between Israel and Europe. As of 2018, he serves as the group's Chairman.
Maor serves as VP and legal advisor at the White City Group. Has a decade of experience in the real estate industry and entrepreneurship, both in the legal field and in the commercial and business, specializing in negotiations, and large complex transactions, including residential construction projects and luxury hotels.
Maor holds an LL.B from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Omer joined the White City Group in 2016 as VP of Planning and has been the VP of Urban Renewal Department since 2017. He has over 15 years of experience in planning, managing, supervising, and executing residential projects in central Tel Aviv. In the past he worked as a planning team manager for residential buildings, project manager and construction supervisor.
Omer holds a BA in architecture from the Technion, Haifa.
Moran is the CFO at White City Group. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate with a specialization in the hotel industry in Israel and abroad. She served as finance manager and a managing partner in the European arm of a leading hotel chain. She has managed large international teams, hotel operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Moran holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Amikam joined The White City Group in 2007, with over 25 years of experience planning, developing, and constructing real estate projects, previously holding VP of Engineering positions at leading development companies.
Amikam holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering and MEng in Construction Management - Civil Engineering from the Technion.
Guy currently serves as the VP of Planning at the White City Group. He has over 15 years of experience in residential planning, licensing, and complex zoning, specializing in the city of Tel Aviv. He has previously worked at one of the leading architectural firms in Israel and abroad.
Guy holds a BA in Architecture from Tel Aviv University.
